RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

To initiate a Return, click here to log into your MY ACCOUNT page. To create your account, enter your email address at the REGISTER section to receive an email to create a password, then log onto your account. Go to the MY ACCOUNT page, scroll to the bottom, then click Request A Return Form button, fill out your return with your corresponding Order ID.  Next, just repackage your return for shipping then take your return to UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL or another delivery service of your choice. Return postage is paid by customers at this time. You can expect your refund within 5-7 business days following the receipt of your return.
